What does white-glove delivery actually include?
Our in-house crew brings your safe inside your home or business — upstairs or down — places it exactly where you want it, bolts it to the floor or wall, programs your lock, walks you through it, and hauls away every scrap of packaging.
Do you really answer the phone at 2 a.m.?
Yes — our emergency line is answered 24/7, and it’s answered locally. If you’re locked out of your home, business or car anywhere in greater Houston, a certified locksmith is on the way with an upfront price before we start.
Can you move a safe I already own?
Absolutely. Safe moving is one of our specialties — across the room, across town, or into a new build. We handle safes up to commercial vault weight with the right equipment and insurance, within about 100 miles of Houston.
Do you buy or take trade-ins on used safes?
We do — and we sell reconditioned and factory-second safes at serious savings. If you’re upgrading, ask about trade-in credit toward your new safe.
